How To Look To Group Conversations In Outlook For Mac
Here's how you can enable Conversation View in three really quick steps. Click the View tab at the top of your Outlook home screen. Check the box that says Conversations. To turn it off.
I have a MacBook running el Capitan and recently installed Office 2016 for Mac on my machine from the O365 portal. Once installed, I opened Outlook and configured my Outlook 2016 for Mac with my O365 account.
I confirmed the settings for the Inbox was set to 'Group By Conversation.' I have noticed, pre and post migration to O365, the conversations are not all grouped together. I checked with a colleague and verified they have the same settings and experience the same behavior.
Any thoughts? I have checked for add-ins, none Removed/re-added email profile tested with various accounts, personal and others Any other ideas?
