The cisco anyconnect client version is 2.5.2017. After I connect to the VPN, I cannot connect anymore to the internet. The interesting thing is that, if I had a browser open to a site, that site still works. The other problem is that the internal VPN network names are not resolved to ip addresses. What can I do to have internet access as well? Is this a limitation imposed by the VPN server settings or is there something that I can do on the client side? Also is there anything I can do about names?

I was thinking of adding the names to /etc/hosts. Is that the right way to do it?
